Your privacy matters. We aim to collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, support, and—where enabled—monetize our games. The exact data practices may differ by game version, device, region, age setting, and the features or advertising partners that are active.
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to games, mobile applications, websites, customer support, and related services published or operated by Beijing Xile Advertising Media Co. Ltd. (“JoyMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Seat Swap Saga - Color Match, Bubble Path, ClearAll – Triple Match Puzzle, Click Odyssey, Rivet Release, and Velocity Drift (collectively, the “Services”).
It does not govern third-party services that have their own privacy notices. When you follow a link to Google Play, an advertising provider, a social platform, or another third party, that provider’s policy applies to its processing.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the Service and integrations in use, we or our service providers may process the following categories:
| Category | Examples | Typical source |
|---|---|---|
| Device and technical data | Device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen resolution, app version, network type, IP address, and device settings. | Collected automatically from your device or SDKs. |
| Identifiers | App instance ID, installation ID, device or vendor identifiers, Android Advertising ID or similar resettable advertising identifiers where permitted. | Device, platform, or advertising SDKs. |
| Game and usage data | Game progress, levels, scores, session duration, feature interactions, ad impressions, clicks, in-app events, and approximate timestamps. | Your activity in the Services. |
| Diagnostics and security data | Crash logs, performance data, error reports, fraud signals, and technical event logs. | App, device, analytics, or security tools. |
| Approximate location | Country, region, or city inferred from IP address or device settings. We do not intend to collect precise GPS location unless a feature clearly requires it and you grant permission. | Network information or platform settings. |
| Communications | Email address and the content of messages, attachments, or support requests you choose to send us. | Directly from you. |
| Consent and privacy choices | Consent status, age-related settings, advertising preferences, opt-out signals, and request records. | Your choices, device, or consent platform. |
Our current games generally do not require a JoyMedia account. If a future feature requests additional personal or sensitive information, we will provide any required in-app notice and obtain consent before collection.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide gameplay, save progress, maintain settings, and deliver requested features;
- operate, debug, measure, secure, and improve the Services;
- understand performance and engagement through aggregated or analytics data;
- display contextual or personalized advertising where permitted and where the required consent has been obtained;
- measure advertising, limit repeated ads, detect invalid traffic, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- respond to support requests and communicate about material service or policy changes;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, establish or defend legal claims, and protect players, JoyMedia, and others.
Where applicable, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Advertising, analytics, and platform partners
We may use third-party SDKs or services to distribute our games, provide core functionality, analyze performance, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure advertising. Integration varies by game and may change over time.
Google services
Our Services may use Google Play Services, Google Play Games Services, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Ads, and/or Google AdMob. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and advertising data under their own terms and privacy practices. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s information about AdMob and privacy.
Meta and Facebook services
Future versions may integrate Meta technologies such as the Meta SDK, Facebook Login, app events, or Meta Audience Network. Depending on the integration and your choices, Meta may receive identifiers, device and app information, interactions, and advertising or conversion events to provide, secure, personalize, and measure its services. Learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy.
Other advertising and analytics providers
We may add other overseas advertising, attribution, analytics, cloud hosting, crash reporting, or anti-fraud providers. Before enabling a provider, we assess its role and update our disclosures and consent flows as required. A provider may act as our service provider/processor or as an independent business/controller under its own policy.
We do not permit third-party SDKs to use personal and sensitive user data in ways that violate applicable law or Google Play policies. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data for monetary consideration.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
- Consent controls: Where required, we will show a consent or privacy message before using data for personalized ads. You can revisit available privacy choices in the app’s settings or consent screen.
- Non-personalized ads: Where available, you may choose ads that are not personalized. These ads can still use limited information such as approximate location, app context, or frequency-capping data.
- Android controls: You can reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad privacy settings through your Android device settings.
- Permissions: You can review or revoke app permissions in device settings. Some features may not work without a required permission.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland: Where legally required, we use a consent management platform for advertising-related storage, personalized advertising, and measurement choices.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the data type, sensitivity, operational need, legal requirements, and whether data can be aggregated or de-identified.
Support communications are generally retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising data may be retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant provider. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.
You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please identify the game and device or installation details needed to locate your data. We may ask for reasonable verification. If a game later supports accounts, we will also provide an in-app account deletion path and a web-accessible deletion method as required by Google Play.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transmission where appropriate. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device and platform account secure.
8. Children’s privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience unless a particular store listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a Service is directed to children or includes children in its target audience, we will apply age-appropriate design, parental consent where required, and Google Play Families requirements, including use of eligible advertising SDKs and restrictions on personalized advertising.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. International data transfers
JoyMedia is based in China, and our providers may process information in the United States, Singapore, the European Economic Area, or other countries. These locations may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, and take steps designed to protect information consistently with this Policy.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know about, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal data, and to withdraw consent or appeal a decision. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email us with the subject “Privacy Request,” identify your country or state and the relevant game, and describe your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.
